We genuinely believe you will LOVE your Katarina selection, but if you are not fully satisfied, you have 30 days from your date of receipt to return your purchase. We offer FREE RETURN SHIPPING ON ALL RETURNS except for APO, FPO and International Shipments. All jewelry must be returned in new, unworn condition, with the original tag attached.  To start a return, request a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a "Free Return Label" will be emailed to you (wherever applicable) from our Customer Service Department. Please include the order number on your invoice, Product ID of the item you are returning, your name, email address, and the reason for return (please provide as much detail as possible).

 Be certain to include the following along with the returned merchandise:

• RMA number
• Name
• E-mail address
• Mailing address
• A copy of the original invoice

Handle with Care: Please do not write jewelry, diamonds or other luxury-related words anywhere on the package, as this invites possible theft of the package. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise to the Customer Service Center, goods will be inspected and a credit will be issued to you for the applicable amount. Damaged or altered goods will be shipped back to you at your expense and no credit will be issued.
