30-Day Return Policy
You may return any unworn, unaltered item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be:
- In original, unworn condition
- Free of damage, scratches, or alterations
- Returned with all original packaging and documentation
- Accompanied by your receipt or order confirmation
How to Return an Item

Pack Your Item
Place the item in its original box with all packaging and documentation. -
Ship It Back
We'll provide a prepaid shipping label for domestic returns. -
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Want a different size, metal color, or style? We're happy to help with exchanges.
Contact us to arrange an exchange. We'll guide you through the process and ensure you find the perfect piece.
Size Exchanges: If your ring doesn't fit, we offer one free resizing within 30 days for most styles.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry
- Engraved items
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged
- Items without original packaging
Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
